If you complete our contact form, and provide your email address (not required), then we may reply, with a customized response to whatever your inquiry may be about. Regardless, you will not receive any mass-mailing type email communications from us. In the event we do send you an email, it will only be related to you and a matter which is related to you, so please read it before deleting. Similarly, to the extent we send you a letter by post, it will represent an essential notification, so please read it before you delete it.

Information from Other Sources:  we might receive information about clients from other sources, such as Zillow.com and Google Maps, to supplement cleaning and drive time statistics about actual or proposed cleaning assignments.

No Third-Party Beneficiaries. There are no third-party beneficiaries to this Agreement.

Assignment. Visitor may not assign or delegate any of its rights or obligations under this Agreement without the written consent of Cleaning Springs LLC. Cleaning Springs LLC may assign or delegate any of its rights or obligations under this Agreement without the written consent of Subscriber. Cleaning Springs LLC may subcontract any or all its obligations under this Agreement. The provisions of this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, and their permitted assigns.

Waiver. The waiver by one party of a breach of any provision of this Agreement by the other party shall not operate or construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision by the other party.

Severability. In the event that any of the provisions of this Agreement or the application of any such provisions to the parties hereto with respect to their obligations hereunder are held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect, and shall not be affected, impaired, or invalidated in any manner.

License and Site Access

Cleaning Springs LLC grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of Cleaning Springs LLC. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. Risk of Loss

All services purchased from Cleaning Springs LLC will be provided on a best-efforts basis. We will make all reasonable efforts to satisfy customer’s house cleaning expectation.

Except as provided in the subsequent paragraph, if customers are not satisfied with services provided, Cleaning Springs LLC shall not under any circumstances be liable for any loss more than amounts remitted by customer to Cleaning Springs LLC within the preceding week.

Applicable Law

Disputes

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to cleaningsprings.com or services you purchase through Cleaning Springs LLC shall be submitted to small claims court or confidential arbitration in Denver, Colorado, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Cleaning Springs LLC’s intellectual property rights, Cleaning Springs LLC may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the United States, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.  Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Alliance. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent authority. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall join into an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

We reserve the right to amend our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
